We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the contract awarded by our client Lyondell for the supply of blast protection panels to the Control Room at the Fos‑sur‑mer site, France.

Mech-Tool’s scope of work covered the design, manufacture and supervision of installation at site of 720m2 of external blast panel cladding.

The blast cladding system has been specifically designed to provide a high strength high integrity barrier around buildings or for over-cladding onto the outer surface of buildings to greatly enhance their inherent blast resistance.
